Phantom Rework

Phantoms are super annoying as a player who doesn't always like to sleep the nights away. I don't see why players are being punished for trying to brave the nights for long periods of time. Phantoms should either spawn in the end which would make some sense if you could tie them to elytras. Or if the end doesn't work, then maybe they could spawn if you sleep too often, but only in one wave. Alternatively they could still spawn if you don't sleep, but make them only spawn in one wave. I've had times where phantoms will spawn up to 3 or 4 times in one night. It makes building genuinely impossible, and because it's not even hard to kill them, they're just annoying. Its like when game devs put something in the game just to make it seem harder than it actually is.
