Accessibility option to turn off (wither) boss bars

For people with ocd, having wither boss bars on your screen because a nearby friend decided to trap a wither is really distressing. I'd really like an accessibility feature to disable them. I'm aware it's a server command but there's no choice for players. Otherwise I just have to give up paying a server because ocd makes it impossible for me to play.
