When the Strider is standing on the blocks like:
1. Ice
2. Packed Ice
3. Blue Ice
4. Snow Block
5. Snow layers on Grass Blocks
6. Powder Snow block
Or when the Strider is in a biome where it's currently snowing, then its face changes from purple to blue, indicating its feeling of extreme cold.
