They spawn in Savanna and Savanna Plateau. Baboons spawn in troops of 20 and they stick together. If one baboon is attacked, the rest of the group will come to its defense. They are Neutral mobs. Baboons can be led on a Lead. They can climb and open doors except iron. They steal from chests To get food. They destroy crop and steal the crops. they be tamed when a baby baboon with apples. They can not swim. They display their sharp canine teeth to players to threaten them. They are scared of rain and they will hide from the rain. They drop raw monkey meat that can be cooked. If food is drop near a baboon they will run and get the item and grab it and when eat it. Untamed and tamed baboons can be bred with Pumpkins. They make sounds like Grunts, "doglike" barks, Screeches/Screams and Wahoos. They groom each other’s backs.
