Nether Portal (Refinement)

Nether Portals inside the Nether should have a green texture instead of purple. Because green would mean an exit from the Nether, and the entrance to the Nether in the portals inside the Overworld would remain purple.

That recolor would be most useful for multiplayer servers, so players won't be confused about which exit is, and what entrance is.
