rearrangeable creative menu (java)

I feel like a customizable creative menu would be great. I play creative with a lot of mods so my creative menu gets really crowded and unorganized. I really wish that we could move around menu tabs and remove tabs or create custom tabs and chose what content we want in those custom tabs. Thats it.
