Withered wraith

A mob that spawns in all nether biomes, and drops an item that can be used to locate the nether fortress. It also spawns in the nether fortress as the piglin brute equivalent to wither skeletons.

It can fly but mostly just hovers, it can pick up other mobs and carry/throw them at the player. It deals wither effect and has a charge attack that can be dodged. The Wither now spawns 3 of them when going in to phase 2.

It has a skeletal form with vex like wings and a elongated spine that looks like a tail. No legs since it floats.

This is just here to make the nether fortress harder and less of a pain to find.
