Currently, Java Edition lacks a centralized friend system, making it difficult to connect with others compared to Bedrock Edition. I suggest adding a built-in friends list that allows players to:
- Add and manage friends using Microsoft Gamertags or usernames.
- See online status and what server or world they are currently playing in.
- Directly invite friends to join a personal world or a shared server.
- Quick join a friend's session (with permission).
