Controller Support

Please enable native controller support in Minecraft Java Edition.  I don't understand why this is such a huge issue to implement.  Some people just don't want to play using mouse and keyboard.  Maybe they are trying to give their wrists a break from keyboard and mouse.  Maybe it is just a preference.  But I really can't understand why, in 2026, this is still not a thing?
