New home finding ways

I love the game but I wonder away and forget to use my lodestone compass and I can't find my home anymore and ive tried multiple ways and can find it any more so new way to find your home would be amazing.

    Try making a checklist for what u need to bring on a book, or you could right down the cords of your house
