The new baby mobs are not that bad, some, like the rabbits, the baby chickens, and kittens are decent (the baby squids are precious little goofballs, please keep them), while some of the designs for some mobs like baby zombies in today's snapshot, baby villagers, etc. are just... not that good, to be honest. Baby Zombies in the last snapshot were fine, their head was perfect, so i don't understand why the head looked a little... cut-off in today's snapshot. (Did it get an haircut? Who knows.) The new baby villagers, as many have remarked, look like they had their chins cut off, AND there was already a baby villager design on Bedrock Edition, so why settle for mediocrity instead of parity?
And then, the new baby Hoglins/Zoglins. While the model is fine, their eyes have some consistency issues with its adult counterpart, as on the adults, the eyes are closer to the edge, while the babies look cross-eyed. Those were my main suggestions for the new drop, touching on some design issues many people have pointed out. Other than that though, i expect the drop to be very good when fully completed!
