Dont Remove opengl and just make it toggeable

So players that have low end pcs that dont support vulkan would not be able to play minecraft which is kinda sad since they bought it and they want to play it like me my laptop does not support vulkan 
and it would be kinda sad since this is my fevorite game and other people with low end pcs. can u make toggeable u already released it saying its going to be toggeable but getting removed in upcoming updates when vulkan is released

  It has nothing to do with low- or high-end PCs, you've been misinformed. Your PC most likely supports Vulkan.
