Options to Help Content Creators.

Simple: A button to recond the game in max resolution (of the device) at 60+ fps. Would help content creators a lot but would also help normal players to record specific moments for things like memes, facts, bugs report, tutorials, etc. And similar to the Change Perspective button, shouldn't appear directly, but be a switchable option in the menu, but WHY? To prevent performance issues and lag. And should also have support for shaders so the community wouldn't complain.

    And also would be at user's option to toggle it so we wouldn't accidentally start recording.
