Sell Java and Bedrock separately

I got Minecraft bedrock in Playstore on my phone and recently I got a laptop, I want to download it on my laptop too since I paid for it but whenever I try to it sends me to playstore on my laptop and it wont let me download it from there, since you have to buy Bedrock and Java together on Laptop/PC I cant download just Bedrock on my Laptop without buting it again. Please let us separately download Bedrock and Java, I dont have the money to buy it again.
