Hero of the Village Potion

Ever since the Bad Omen effect was converted into a potion bottle item drop, I'd like to propose that Hero of the Village is also converted into a potion bottle item drop. This will allow players to utilize the effect when desired and seems only fair given the nerf to raid farms.
