Minecraft Capes Should Be Given to Feedback Requesters

Personal Capes are hard to get, so having a personal cape reward would make players more willing to report bugs and request feedback to the official feedback page, and not just any random person should be able to get this and only players with feedback or bugs that gets added or removed in the next update or game drop. Capes could match the request or bug that gets into the game such as the Turtle Cape.
