Customizable Horses

it would be really cool if you could have a dressing room for your horses and other animals that can be tamed
you can change fur colour eye coulour accesories maybe even sounds
you could also change the style of your horse armour and Saddle so you can have a cool horse 
and this could maybe be the same for dogs,Happy Ghasts, Donkeys, Mules,Striders 
but i would favor it for the horses (and maybe donkeys and mules) the most because i think you could unlock loads of possibilies and it's a good decoration option.
and you could also maybe have premade skins on the marketplace or on the internet that you can find
It might be easy on bedrock but i don't know about java caus they don't have character skins that are customizable with accesories.
