Adding the /give hugs command

When I saw the (/give @a hugs 64) splash text on the menu, I immediately tried doing that commad, to my disappointment it doesn't exist. I think it would be really cool if it would get added as a secret command and all it would do is just make the entity who was targeted spawn a heart particle above their head.
