The name is quite vague, but hear me out. What if you could craft normal redstone dust with rain clumps to make a sticky redstone that can be placed on walls and ceilings? Though the resin might initially be difficult to obtain due to the scarcity of pale gardens, I feel like this would make the value of resin and pale gardens skyrocket in the eyes of people who like using redstone, and this would be good as it gives an actual, intended purpose for resin (other than being a decent temporary block when building) as resin doesn't exactly have a defined purpose (or at least one significant enough for me to remember) on top of giving players a reason to go looking for pale gardens, which I assume mojang wants players to do - exploring and doing things.
