Tell when baby mobs have aging stopped while holding gold dandelion

When a baby mob has been fed a golden dandelion, it should have a golden outline (or some other feature) while holding a golden dandelion. This way, it's a quick and easy way to see which baby mobs have their aging stopped and saves you using extra golden dandelions when picking the wrong mob. Once the golden dandelion is no longing in the hand, mobs will return to how they normally look
