PLEASE make it so trial chamber mobs cannot pick up your stuff!!!

I'M SO DEVASTATED RIGHT NOW. I have died for the 6th TIME TRYING TO GET MY STUFF BACK IN THE TRIAL CHAMBER, now I know that it's supposed to be hard, but just please tell me how am I supposed to get my stuff back, when there are like 10 zombies all around my stuff, and not only around it but also PICKING IT UP, how am I supposed to fight fully geared up zombies when they have my shield, my axe, my sword, my helmet, my chestplate, my leggings, my boots, and the 34 cents out of my savings account. PLEASE, I BEG YOU, iM desPErAte. Make it so trial chamber mobs cannot pick up your stuff, because I cannot afford to loose another full netherite set to a zombie or a husk.
