Minecraft superflat presets in other Minecraft games

I've had the idea to put custom superflat presets in Bedrock Minecraft Ever since they added more super flat options. I'd also like it if structures like the stronghold and villages to generate in Superflat worlds. Three more things: make it possible to get the debug stick in the other versions, make it possible to change biomes in creative, (MCPE, Bedrock Edition, etc.), and make it so that we have the attribute commands in those same versions earlier mentioned.
