Make bedrock edition redstone less random

For anyone who doesn't know, bedrock edition redstone has a randomness and a lot of redstone machines are harder to build, bigger or completely useless/non buildable.

No one's Shure why is this happening or in the game but it NEEDS to be fixed 

Mojang plz fix this
