Bad quality scams in marketplace

I bought add ons that have zero quality and no a.i and I am suggesting a refund system within 10 days of purchase the marketplace has a bad reputation because of these add ons REFUND POLICY and get rid of addons with a 1-2star review

    For some reason, all the low-quality, awful rip-off add-ons only get about 4 stars because so few people are rating them, so I feel like they're not very effective. The rating system is terrible.
