A better minecraft bedrock

Hi, i´m a minecraft bedrock player. I have always palyed in my ps4 and nintendo switch 1, so I have bought minecraft twice yet. I can´t understand why even if I have already minecraft in 2 devices I have to pay again to play in my pc. In my opinion, the minecraft account should store some info abou where you have played so that when you log in in minecraft.net allows you to download minecraft directly without paying because it knows that you have bought minecraft. Obviously, I think Mojang and Microsoft won´t do this change but I also think that many bedrock players would agree with me. 

I don´t know if my proposal is available due to x reason, but this is the reason why at the end, there are lot of fake minecrfats.
