Ender pearls can ride boats and minecarts when their velocity is low enough

Think of it as like giving your pearl to your friend, you start by throwing it into an elevator and then it settles in a vehicule. Your friend can then carry the pearl and tp you to his base at some point. Perhaps being able to leash ender pearls if their velocity is low enough would be nice too and would allow saving a friend or new fighting strategies.
