/tick to be added

You guys should add /tick or at the very least a 0.1x speed function. Not only would it allow slow motion but also playing Minecraft in slow motion would reduce stress on devices/platforms with vulnerable CPUs (MCPE, low end laptops, Chromebooks etc)

These devices are vulnerable and prone to overheating, and slow motion would just be cool (preferably 0.1x speed by default (new maps only not old versions on modern client, older maps/versions stay normal with the option to slow down, new maps are slow motion by default with no easy way to speed up). These ideas are good
