A new Seahorse mob

You should introduce seahorses that rarely spawn in large Coral Reefs under very specific conditions such as no dead corals nearby in a 20-block radius, nor any non-fish mobs in a 30-block radius, and feeding Seagrass to two seahorses will cause them to breed. The baby Seahorse will follow one parent and occasionally latch onto it. Dolphins will actively hunt these seahorses, and they will die immediately if hit once. They will also swim away from the player quickly, making them very hard to catch.

    It should be a chance of a sea horse birthing 13 sea horses and a pouch grows on one of them , you wait and once they spawn the pouch goes away . And I believe that sea horses should herd .
