VV (Vibrant Visuals) Bug on PC

there is a bug with VV at night in Minecraft Bedrock edition on Computer, there are these random really bright white and black things on your screen that move when you move, and this is only at night so I think its the moon. It doesn't happen on Xbox Because I was just on Xbox with VV and it didn't happen, then, in the same world in the same spot just on PC, that bug happened. Please get this fixed as it prevents me from using VV without the thing in the way.
