So basically the idea of this is to be able to set specific FOV for the world you're playing. For example if FOV is set to 60 in the world settings, everyone else who joins the world will have that FOV (60 in our case) and they can't change it unless someone changes it in the world settings. The reason that it could be useful is because it'd be easier for mapmakers to set up the world settings, rather than players setting up FOV themselves. Also different FOVs look different and because of that it could create some atmosphere for different types of maps or worlds. It could be turned on or off depending on the world's creator preference
