Baby zombies and variants have heads that are juuust a little too big for their bodies, and baby villagers have heads that are a little too flat; it's like a villager's head just got sliced in half and stuck on a smaller body. I also prefer the old baby piglin designs, the new ones also have heads that are too big and flat. If anything, the baby humanoids should follow the same proportions as the OLD baby piglin models, they were perfectly adorable!
