Hi Mojang,
I think adding baby versions of hostile mobs like Skeletons and Creepers could seriously improve Survival and make the latest update feel more impactful.
Right now, most hostile encounters feel predictable. A baby Skeleton that moves faster but deals slightly less damage would change how players approach ranged combat. A baby Creeper could be smaller, harder to hit, and maybe have a shorter fuse but a reduced explosion radius. That alone would create new tension without just increasing damage numbers.
What makes baby Zombies scary isn’t their stats — it’s their speed and size. They feel chaotic and unpredictable. Bringing that same energy to other hostile mobs would make caves and nighttime exploration intense again, especially in early game.
It would also make the world feel more consistent. If passive mobs and Zombies have baby variants, why not others? It adds depth to the ecosystem without changing Minecraft’s core identity.
This wouldn’t be just a cosmetic change. It would genuinely shift combat pacing, improve difficulty variety, and make Survival feel fresh again.
I really think this idea could bring back that feeling of danger and surprise that makes Minecraft memorable.
