In the upcoming spring drop 26.1, I expect new models for baby parrots, pandas, sniffers, and striders. The baby villager model could also be improved in Java Edition.
Baby Parrot – Similar to a baby chicken, but colorful. New parrot eggs could also be added.
Baby Panda – Similar to a baby polar bear, but with stripes.
Baby Sniffer – Would be slightly lighter than the adult version. It would have fewer leaves on its body, and its nose and muzzle would be almost as large as the rest of its body.
Baby Strider – would be slightly darker than the adult version. It would have more hair, and its legs would be shorter.
Small Villager – I expect the head scale to be improved here. In Java, its head isn't unnaturally large, unlike its zombie variant. Its head should be enlarged to match the rest of the humanoid mobs and its Bedrock Edition model, which is correct.
