Toggable fog for bedrock w baby update

It'd be cool for players who want more ambiance to their game to have the ability to increase or decrease the fog. Could fix current fog to older gray fog version as the white one now makes it really difficult and straining on the eyes to see especially in caves and it doesn't look as nice in screenshots.
