Shorten the /gamemode & /gamerule commands. /gm 0, /gm 1, /gr keepinv true

/gm (/gamemode) is already a familiar command for some players, especially since the shortcut
/gr (/gamerule) is not quite a familiar command, but it's still faster to type instead of using Tab
 
Also, add familiar input options for some players to the /gm command, such as:
  • 0 - survival
  • 1 - creative
  • 2 - adventure
  • 3 - spectator
