Just something I want done

I just made a Minecraft cape! And I love it but I can't put it into the minecraft launcher for java like I did with my skin. I tryed looking for how I can but I can't do it so what if I try to ask minecraft if they can do something? Or if I can give minecraft my cape's .png then they can make it for me! And give me a code so I can use it in minecraft for my avator! I think this will be a good way for people to get they own cape's and they can give the codes to there friend's so they can get the cape too with out minecraft needing to make it for the launcher
