NPC Skins (Bedrock)

I think that people who use NPC's for projects should be able to alter the appearance of the NPC's as there aren't many options once you've gotten used to the models and commands. I feel that we should be able to go into the skin catalog and use skin packs that we've already purchased for NPC's to make the game feel more immersive, it could work similarly to guest accounts where they'd have access to the skins that the account holder owns.
