Allow Rabbits to Spawn in Regular Passive Mob Biomes

Rabbits are exclusive to certain biomes, and that makes it difficult to obtain them; if they spawned like sheep or pigs, it would be easier to obtain them. Plus, rabbits live in the Great Plains IRL, so at least add them to Plains biomes.
