Permanent baby animals update

Add a new flower, ingredient, or seed that the sniffer can find for you. You can use this item to craft a splash potion that keeps the targeted mob as a baby, permanently. This would increase usefulness of the sniffer, as well as let players have baby animals, such as a pig, as a companion!
