So just had an idea. How about when you shoot a wind charge at a copper block, it will oxidize, or also scrape off the green layer. Because wind charges are just, well, wind. It's a matter of what wind it is.
if it's a little wind, it will oxidize it, if not, scrape off the layers off the copper.
