120FPS setting for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S

Minecraft can obviously run 120fps on these consoles based off how simple the game is so why can't we have it as a setting? It might not make a difference if you use Vibrant Visuals because of how unoptimised it is but it should be a thing for at least simple/fancy graphics.
