Parrot dropping out of shoulders needs to change

Now that this new drops centers around cute critters it's a perfect chance to redisign the way parrots get down from your shoulder. It's really inconvenient the way it is now. It should be at least when falling from more that 2 blocks but I personally would go for something like they drop only when you are sneaking on the air.
