Capes

I suggest that Mojang allow players who own the Minecon 2015/2016 Skin Packs to use its capes with our own custom skins on both Bedrock and Java Edition.

Since they do not include Elytra textures, they would remain distinct from the exclusive Minecon attendee capes.

This would allow players to experience a part of Minecraft’s legacy through these historic capes.
