🟥 Emberay — The Abandoned Allay “When the music is forgotten” Concept Mob Idea The Allay is born from sound. The Vex is born from forced pain. The Emberay is born when no one comes back. It appears when an Allay is trapped for too long, when the music that created it is interrupted or distorted, or when an Evoker’s magic tries to bend it… and fails. It does not sing. It grinds, like metal under tension. This is not full corruption — it is abandonment made solid. 🧠 Personality Neutral, but unstable. Not calm like the Allay, nor submissive like the Vex. It wants to help, but doesn’t know how. It hates waiting, silence, and being forgotten — not out of malice, but because waiting hurts. ⚙️ Mechanics — Tension System It collects items like an Allay. The longer the player takes to pick them up, the more unstable it becomes: Normal: uneven floating, low grinding sounds Agitated: erratic movement, broken sparks Tempered: may attack random mobs or drop the item, even into lava or the void This is not trolling. It’s an emotional reaction. ⚖️ Behavior It does not start fights and reacts to the player’s rhythm: haste → destabilizes neglect → breaks care → stabilizes 👁️ Visual Dark red body, raw and uncomfortable. Dim red eyes with no glow. Wings split into four irregular fragments, floating apart. Nothing pulses or shines — it looks like a functional error. And that’s why it works.
