Add more warm/cold variants for different animals!

Now is the perfect time to introduce more warm/cold variants of animal mobs. Here are my ideas ^^

Bear:

• rename Polar Bear to Bear.
• Cold version stays in Iceberg regions.
• Temperate version: Black/Brown Bear, rare in Taiga and temperate biomes.
• The bear could also get a new model and animations, please.

Dolphin:

• warm variant: inspired by Baiji, is pinkish, long snout, spawns ery rare in Jungle.
• Cold variant: inspired by White-beaked Dolphin, dark gray, short snout.

Sheep:

• warm variant: inspired by Somali/Dorper, less wool, legs exposed, horns.
• Cold variant: inspired by Icelandic/Soay, thicker/more wool.

Fox:

• Warm variant: Fennec-inspired, light beige/sand-colored, large ears.
