Get Rid of Infested Stone On Peaceful

When turning difficulty to peaceful, it should turn infested stone back to regular stone. If I'm trying to get rid of silverfish, I don't want them still spawn trhough infested stone after I have turned it onto peaceful and back to normal.

    this might make more sense if it was a separate game rule.
    but they would likely only do it if there was more mobs that infest blocks, like termites or something.
