hopper halter

Some kind of item that you can add to any other item to make it unable to move through hoppers would be useful for item sorters and copper golems sorting items that go through hoppers.

  and you know if a hopper is powered items don't flow through it,
  if the copper golem saw it as locked it would skips checking it so it's easy to fix, that would be good.
