Let's have animals grow in three stages.

Let's grow an animal into three stages. Stage 1 is a baby mob with a new texture added. Stage 2 is the current baby mob. Stage 3 is the current adult mob.

    Stage 2 could be an animal mob size between a baby animal and a grown up animal.
