Date formatting for countries apart from the US.

In accessibility settings, users should be able to choose the date format that they would wish to be used in the Minecraft client. Not every country uses MM/DD/YYYY, I believe that Sweden uses YYYY/MM/DD as an example.

If possible I think this should be applied depending on what language is selected to prevent any confusion with what people are used to. (English US = MM/DD/YYYY, and English UK = DD/MM/YYYY etc).

This only affect minor things, just as last played dates on worlds etc. but I think that it would be a nice Quality Of Life improvement.

I realise that dates/times may coded into several parts of the game so it would only have to change the display of these dates, not the dates themselves.
