Implement an optional "Day for Night" vintage effect for low lighting.

This is mostly for ambience, but Day For Night would be a neat effect for when you are stuck outside in the wild at nighttime.

Vintage movie-makers used to do the same thing to simulate nighttime shots because of the technical limitations of film cameras.

Being that Minecraft is meant to have a video-game retro look and feel to it, this would be an appropriate visual effect to implement for players who prefer high brightness and gamma but still want nighttime to feel like it's nighttime.
